according to a new study which found that seniors who eat diets high in
carbohydrates and sugar increase their risk for mild cognitive impairment.

of Alzheimer's disease. The study included 940 people, aged 70 to 89, who had no cognitive problems at the start of the trial and who provided information about their eating habits.
