stem-cell procedure that transformed her cancerous breast — without using

And today, her efforts to acquire federal permission for the clinical trial that
brought the procedure to the United States have resulted in 150 other women
having the procedure, and another 1,000 waiting for it, she says

Health. The procedure involves removing fat from the stomach through
liposuction, and separating the stem cells from the fat cells. Then those stem
cells considered the strongest are mixed with a small amount of fat and injected
into the breast.
