Actress Suzanne Somers Offers Hope For Women With Breast Cancer: The Medical Experiment on My Body That Worked

(NewsMaxHealth.com) Suzanne Somers can’t help marveling over the experimental stem-cell procedure that transformed her cancerous breast — without using implants — into a breast with no deformity and that has full feeling and her actual nipple.

And today, her efforts to acquire federal permission for the clinical trial that brought the procedure to the United States have resulted in 150 other women having the procedure, and another 1,000 waiting for it, she says

“It’s absolutely an incredible experiment that worked,” she tells Newsmax Health. The procedure involves removing fat from the stomach through liposuction, and separating the stem cells from the fat cells. Then those stem cells considered the strongest are mixed with a small amount of fat and injected into the breast.
